All I can do is pray

I am overwhelmed by the prayer list and hurting needs right now, and honestly who am I to be overwhelmed. I wish I could take away the pain or ask God "why?", heck I wish there was even something I could DO for all the people in my life that are suffering. I don't understand why things happen the way they do but I know they should not diminish hope and that if people have to hurt as part of the grand plan for good, then let it be for God's glory and not in vain.

Romans 8:26-28 (The Message)

26-28Meanwhile, the moment we get tired in the waiting, God's Spirit is right alongside helping us along. If we don't know how or what to pray, it doesn't matter. He does our praying in and for us, making prayer out of our wordless sighs, our aching groans. He knows us far better than we know ourselves, knows our pregnant condition, and keeps us present before God. That's why we can be so sure that every detail in our lives of love for God is worked into something good.
